Each SAP integration implementation advisor hope that program calling RFC function in SAP can be generated automatically. The program comes in the form of a function which has the same I/O parameters as those of RFC function in SAP, facilitating exterior system's easy access to SAP system and greatly improve development efficiency of EAI project.

Functions of DCEAI
RFC solutions
Search RFC
   "Search" function can search designated RFC function in SAP system and display related information of RFC function.

Run
    Click "run" button after finishing parameter inputting of RFC function and system will call RFC function in SAP system and display the returned information of function running.

Generate
   After clicking "generate" button the system will automatically compile and generate an interface program which can be used to call RFC function at the client. Users can download the program and configure it onto client.

File
    After clicking "file" , the system will automatically generate Readme of this RFC function. The Readme includes function name, parameter name and description and data type.

IDoc solutions
IDoc log
    When IDoc is being transmitted DCEAI will keep a complete record of transmission time and if the transmission is successful so as to let system administrator trace IDoc transmission and locate transmission error of IDoc in time and help system administrator figure out the cause of the error.

IDoc buffer
    DCEAI IDoc buffer can prevent transmission loss of IDoc data caused by communication trouble and ensure stable IDoc transmission. When IDoc transmission from SAP R/3 to outside system fails , DCEAI will save the IDoc in IDoc buffer database in the form of XML. When the connection between SAP system and outside system resumed user can manually call "resend IDoc", resending the IDoc saved in IDoc buffer database to outside system.
